Cut the potatoes into roundels
Take a non-stick pan and use cooking oil to deep fry the potatoes(roundels).
Fry the potatoes until you see golden yellow.
After deep fry, take 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a non-stick kadhai.
Let the oil become hot and later add the mustard seeds.
Add the cumin seeds, fry for few seconds and then add the potatoes. Mix the potatoes.
Now add the required level of salt and crushed peppercorns.
Now, add the tomato sauce. Mix well.
Add few red chilli flakes and finely chopped mint leaves.
Mix it saute for 1-2 mins.
Ready to Serve hot Potato Katli.
