Andhra Style Pepper Chicken is cooked by adding curry leaves on a high flame by marinating in coriander and lemon. Those who eat non-veggie and spicy food will like this chicken made in Andhra style. You can make this easier by using the recipe at home too.
Cut onion and coriander leaves.
Marinate the chicken drumsticks with turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and lemon juice.
In Pan add 2 tsp oil medium heat and add cumin seeds, When cumin seeds begin to crack, add chopped onions until golden brown color.
Then add curry leaves, coriander powder and grated black pepper in it. Fry them for about two minutes and add the marinated chicken.
Cook it on the saucepan, then lighten the flame for 15-20 minutes and keep it running in the middle.(if need add little water for the cook)
Garnish with green coriander and cook for two minutes. Serve garnish again with black pepper and green coriander.
