  • 500 g chicken drumsticks
  • 10 grams turmeric
  • 50 gms of ginger-garlic paste
  • 100g Green Chili Paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 50 ml (ml) lemon juice
  • Oil (to fry)
  • 5 grams cumin seeds
  • 2 grams of curry leaves
  • 100 grams onions
  • 50 gms Coriander Powder
  • (Crushed) 50 grams black pepper
  • 50 grams Green Coriander


  1. Cut onion and coriander leaves.
  2. Marinate the chicken drumsticks with turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and lemon juice.
  3. In Pan add 2 tsp oil medium heat and add cumin seeds, When cumin seeds begin to crack, add chopped onions until golden brown color.
  4. Then add curry leaves, coriander powder and grated black pepper in it. Fry them for about two minutes and add the marinated chicken.
  5. Cook it on the saucepan, then lighten the flame for 15-20 minutes and keep it running in the middle.(if need add little water for the cook)
  6. Garnish with green coriander and cook for two minutes. Serve garnish again with black pepper and green coriander.
