Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 4 dates soaked (or) 2 tbsp Honey or sugar
  • 1 cup of milk or 1 cup pure water
  • 1 tsp vanilla Extract
  • cinnamon and/or raw cacao powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak dates for 1-2 hours in pure water before use.
  2. Add banana sliced in a blender.
  3. Add Dates and vanilla essance to it.
  4. Add 1 cup milk or water.
  5. Blend them to smooth.
  6. pour it in a large glass.
  7. Banana Milkshake is Ready Server Chilled Enjoy!
