Bread pakora Recipe: Bread pakoda is the kind of snacks, which can be easily made at home. It’s a rainy season or a cup of hot tea with a cup of hot tea on the evening of winter, it can be fun. It is a snack that can be kept in tiffin if the children are going on a picnic except for serving them. It can be made only in 30 minutes.

Ingredients for making bread pakora Recipe: It is soft on the outside and crisp from the inside. In this, potato masala is prepared and frying is done and deep frying in oil. With a cup of tea and green chutney, its taste also increases.

  • Potato Filling: 4-5 Pieces Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Piece Green Chilli
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Amchur Powder
  • 1 Cup Mint-Coriander Green Chutney (Optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • Besan Batter: 2 Cups Besan
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 Teaspoon Ajwain
  • Water to mix the batter
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 6 Sliced Bread
  • A pinch of Hing


  1. For Potato Filling: Boil the potatoes. after cool down take peel and mash them
  2. To mashed potatoes, add and mix green chilli, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, amchur powder and salt.
  3. For Besan Batter: In Besan add ajwain, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, asafoetida and salt. Add water for the desired consistency. Check for the seasoning. Add a few drops of oil in the batter and keep it aside.
  4. For Assembling Bread Pakora: Slice the bread into triangular slices Apply chutney on one side of triangular bread Apply mashed potato mixture evenly on the bread Cover this slice with another slice
  5. Dip into besan batter to coat the bread. Deep fry pakora in hot oil on medium flame till crisp and golden brown. Enjoy with Tea or Coffee.
