Ingredients

  • ---Butter Chicken Ingredients
  • 400 grams of raw chicken

  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp spoon Kasuri fenugreek
  • 2 tsp mustard oil
  • ---For Gravy:
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Butter Cubes as per taste
  • 3 g cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick, chopped
  • 1 t spoon javitri
  • 7 Cardamom
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic

Instructions

  1. Take a raw chicken piece in a bowl and pour salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice in it. Mix it well. Put it in the fridge for 20-40 minutes.
  2. Now add salt in it. After this add salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasoori fenugreek and mustard oil. Mix it well and put it in the fridge again for an hour.
  3. Roast the marinated chicken take a pan to add some oil fry chickens.

For Gravy:

  1. Heat butter with 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan.
  2. Put cloves, cinnamon sticks, javitri and cardamom in it. Fry it and put tomato, garlic and ginger in it. Mix it well and grind it well.

  4. Put it in tomato puree now. Now add red chilli powder, kasoori fenugreek, honey and roasted chicken pieces. Cook it on a low flame.
  5. Mix green chillies, cardamom powder and cream and mix well.
  6. If you want to serve butter chicken, you can also garnish it with cream, coriander leaves and green chillies. You can eat it with lots of things like Roti, Fried Rice, Pulao.
