  • 250 g (Boneless) Chicken
  • 100 g All Purpose floor
  • 50 grams Corn Flour
  • 1/2 cup Green onion
  • 1 Onion 1 (chopped)
  • 4 Green chilli (finely Chopped)
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black paper
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
  • Garam masala
  • Salt 3/2 teaspoon flavour dishes
  • Oil 1 Tablespoon


  1. First, take all purpose flour and add pinch salt. then add little warm water to make a smooth and medium dough. cover it and keep aside 15-20 Mins.
  2. Then wash the chicken pieces well and drink it in the mixer. And get him out in a queue. Then add green onions, chillies, onion, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, garam masala, salt and oil and mix it.
  3. Then put it on one side and mix the dough with one hand once and cut it with the same size.
  4. Then take her round goalball.

  6. Now heat water in a steamer or cooker or idli moulds the pan over the gas and keep it in the stand.

  8. Then cover it for 10 minutes and let it cook.
  9. Then remove the lid and your Momos will be ready after all. Momos will be very good and now it will come along with chutney.
