Chicken Seekh Kabab Recipe is one of India’s favourite recipes, it is being made from the age of Mughals. This is especially loved by the Muslim people. Learning kebabs are made with both chicken and mutton. In this, we use a lot of aromatic spices. That’s why its taste is very tasty and spicy. You can also eat it in the evening as a snake. Kabab can do with mint chutney or ketchup.
First, take the mashed chicken and add lemon juice and mix it well.
Now add cream to it.
Then add gram flour, onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, and all spices (coriander powder chilli powder turmeric powder cumin powder and garam masala).
Now put coriander leaves and salt in it and mix it well.
Then cover it for 10-15 minutes.
Then remove it and mix it once, then take a little bit of it and make it a little longer and put it in a stick that makes the kebab.
Then pressing it with both hands.
You can see how well our kebab has grown.
Now put the pan over the gas, add little oil to it and fry the kebab.
After a while, turn it over and let it cook on the other side.
Take out the kebab on the sides of the pudding.
Then put some oil in it.
Keep it on the gas stand and cook it for a little while so that it cooks slightly above the top. After cooking, turn off the gas.
And our kebab is absolutely ready, you can eat it with hot sauce or sauce.
