The custard of fruit is a great dessert served with every meal. Everyone likes to eat sweets after meals. It can be served with any meal and this dish also receives high nutritional value.
Boil the milk in a deep bottom pan.
When the milk starts boiling, add sugar and keep it till the sugar dissolves.
Take a small bowl and put hot or cold milk in custard powder and mix well.
Make sure there is no lump and keep aside.
Now add custard paste to boiling milk.
Keep on low flame and keep stirring till the milk starts to thicken up.
Keep the milk in order to avoid the lump in custard.
Cook until it becomes slightly thick until it becomes dense after cooling.
Close the flame and let the custard cool down.
Cool this completely at room temperature for 2-3 hours. before serving, cut all the fruits in small pieces.
Mix all the fruits gently with cold custard. Ready fruit custard Serve immediately.
