  • 4 Large potatoes (potato)
  • Oil 1 litres
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Tomato Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • Salt according to taste


  1. First, wash the potatoes and peel them.
  2. Then cut it thin from the chipser. And add some water to it and leave it for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add 1 litre of water to the pan and heat it and then put potato chips in it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Then remove the same cotton cloth or towel and take its water well.
  5. Now put oil on the gas for heating and when the oil becomes hot, add chips to it. And fry it.
  6. When it starts to become light red, take it out.
  7. Now add little tomato powder, chilli powder and salt to it and mix it well.
  8. Now our chips are ready. You can eat it for 3-4 days by keeping it in the airtight container.
