Ingredients for making low-calorie oats idli: It is made from healthy and low-calorie idli oats and grated carrots. This is especially for those who are more conscious of calories. This idli, made from oats, curd, urad dal and gram dal, seems very tasty to eat.

How to serve low calorie oats idli: Idli can eat with sambar or coconut chutney if you wish.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup oats
  • 1/2 (light sour) liter yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard grain
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp gram dal
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 2 tsp coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 turmeric powder
  • 2 tspoon salt
  • A pinch of euro (fruit flavor)

Instructions

  1. Roast the oats on a pan until it becomes brownish. After that put the oven powder into the mixer.
  2. Roast the oil, mustard grains, urad dal and gram dal until it becomes brown in a pan.
  3. Now add chopped green coriander, green chilli, grated carrots and turmeric and fry one minute.
  4. Mix this made mixture with yoghurt in oats powder. Do not use water to make a mixture.
  5. Now your Idli mixture is ready.
  6. Lightly apply oil into the idli plate and apply a mixture of Idli in each mold.
  7. After steaming Idli for 7.15 minutes, remove them in the plate and serve with sambar and coconut chutney.
