Ingredients

  • 200 gms Paneer / Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour
  • 2 tbsp corn Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt - as needed
  • Oil - for frying
  • Prepare for Tempering :
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 Green chillies (slit)
  • Sugar - 1 pinch
  • Curry Leaves - a handful
  • Dry red chillies - 1 (broken)

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into medium sized cubes.
  2. Take a large bowl, add rice flour, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and add all the spices Powder and then Add little water to make a thick batter. add salt as per taste.
  3. Put paneer cubes in the batter and mix well that the batter gets coated on paneer nicely to mix well. marinate it for minimum 1-2 hours.
  4. Heat oil in for deep frying. once heat oil adds paneer cubes and fry until turn crispy.
  5. Transfer the fried paneer pieces on a kitchen towel or tissue to absorb excess oil.
  6. Take a flat base pan, add 1 tbsp oil in heat and add mustard seeds.
  7. Then add Onion fry few sec add green chillies, dry red chillies saute few mints.
  8. Now add fried paneer saute and mix well
  9. Now ready paneer 65 serve hot with fried rice or chapati
