Ingredients

  • ---FOR DOSA BATTER:
  • 3 cup dosa rice
  • ½ tsp methi/fenugreek seeds
  • 1 cup urad dal
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • ---FOR PIZZA TOPPING (1 DOSA):
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp pizza sauce
  • 1 tbsp onion, chopped
  • ¼ tsp mixed herbs
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • 3 tbsp cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 tbsp capsicum, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olives, sliced

Instructions

  1.  Head a pan spread dosa batter slightly thick on tawa and cover with a lid and low heat 1-2 minutes.
  2. Now spread 1 tsp butter and pizza sauce are uniformly spread.
  3. now top with onion, bell peppers, veggies, sweet corn, oregano or pizza seasoning and add salt and pepper top with cheese.
  4. cover with a lid and low flame for 2-3  minutes.
  5. finally, serve hot pizza dosa and enjoy pizza dosa with coconut chutney.
