Ingredients

  • 20-25 small prawns (Cleaned and ribs turned out)
  • To prepare the spices:
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste:
  • To create a gravy:
  • 1/2 yogurt
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, purée
  • 1 tablespoon cashmere red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin seed
  • 1 tablespoon hot masala powder
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tsp spoon tandoori masala

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste in a bowl.
  2. Put prawns and keep them inside for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan add 2 tsp butter. Put the marinated prawns in it and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until they are cooked well. Put them in a second bowl.
  4. In this pan, take 2 tablespoons of oil and put cumin seeds in it.
  5. Add chopped onions and fry it for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry for one minute until the fragrance begins to appear.
  7. Add Tomato paste mix it cook 3 -4 minutes until the thickness of the mixer is slow on low flame.
  8. add cream, curd and garam masala. Mix well and slow down the flame.
  9. Add Baked Prawns and tandoori masala powder and salt.cook 10-15 minutes.
  10. Cook the rice and serve it with rice or naan.
