I have made some changes according to this recipe. I cooked it in the oven but you can cook it in the oven. This chicken cream is very tasty in eating tikka and making it is no hard task.   • Boneless chicken 200 g
  • Curd: 50 grams
  • Fresh cream: 75 grams
  • Black Pepper: 1 Tablespoon
  • Garam masala: 1 spoon
  • Chaat masala: 1 spoon
  • Coriander powder: 1 tsp
  • Musk fenugreek (Kasoori methi): 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes: 1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar: 1 spoon
  • Ginger garlic pest: 3/2 teaspoons
  • Salt: according to the taste
  • Coal piece: 1


  1. First, cut a small piece of chicken.
  2. First, add yogurt, fresh cream, black pepper powder, garam masala, chat masala, coriander powder, kasoori fenugreek, chilli powder, vinegar, salt and ginger garlic paste in a large bowl and mix it well.
  3. Then put the chicken mixture inside it and mix it well.
  4. Then cover it well with plastic and keep it in or out of the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. By that time we will put bamboo wood in water and leave it for a while. By the time the chicken cooking time wood will not burn.
  6. Then take out the chicken and mix it well and apply it to a piece of chicken in bamboo wood.
  7. After that put a little butter or ghee on the pan and put the chicken on top to cook it, and put the remaining cream on top of it.
  8. In the middle, we will turn the chicken up and leave the cream on the side of the chicken.
  9. Then cover it for a while and cooked, doing the same will catch our cream properly in the chicken.
  10. After cooking the chicken on all sides, remove the pan.
  11. And cook it on the same gas.
  12. Put it in a plate and set a fire on a coal piece and put it on the foil paper and keep it between the chicken and cover the chicken for 5-7 minutes.
  13. Now Ready our tikka recipe serve with green chutney or sauce.
