Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • salt and pepper, as taste
  • 2 tsp.butter

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs ,milk and a pinch of salt in small bowl has one consistency.
  2. Heat a small frying pan then add the butter and let it melt over low heat.
  3. pour in egg mixture in low heat as eggs begin to set for 15 seconds,stir with a spoon ,lifting and folding it over from the bottom of the pan.
  4. let it set form another 15 second then stir and fold again
  5. cook until the eggs are softly and no visible liquid eggs remains,then remove from the heat and leave for a few seconds do not stir constantly.
  6. Remove from heat , then serve immediately with bread.
