Preheat oven to 380°F. Line a muffin tin with baking cups.
In a small bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt mix well.
Intake another bowl, add bran cereal and dried fruit with the boiling water mix well.
In a large bowl, beat butter until creamy. Gradually beat in sugar, honey, and eggs.
Add the buttermilk to the butter mixture and beat well. Then add gradually flour mixture, bran mixture, walnuts.
Divide the batter into the lined muffin tins.
Bake muffins for 20-30 minutes. Now Ready to Serve.
