  • Chicken leg 4
  • Lemon Juice: 1 Tablespoon
  • Curd: 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tablespoons
  • Garam Masala: 1 Tablespoon
  • Ginger garlic pest: 2 teaspoons
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon as a taste
  • Oil: 6 teaspoons
  • Butter: 1 piece


  1. First, wash the leg piece of chicken thoroughly and cut a little bit around it so that it can be well absorbed inside it.
  2. Then put a little lemon juice in it and mix it and keep it in the fridge for 10-20 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes it was removed from the fridge.
  4. Then add curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, hot masala, ginger garlic paste and flavor dishes salt.
  5. Then mix it well and cover it for 5 minutes.
  6. Now put oil on the pan and put it in the pan and add oil to it.
  7. Then put butter in it and mix it by running it with a sieve.
  8. Then put one chicken paste in it and cook it on low flame.
  9. After 5-7 minutes, turn it over and let it cook for 5 minutes by the other side.
