Tomato Dosa Recipe is a type of South Indian dosa that is mostly eaten in breakfast. Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we should keep it healthy and healthy. To make tomato dosa, first wash the rice, fenugreek seeds and urad dal separately. Then soak them for 3 to 4 hours separately.
After 3 to 4 hours, water from rice, fenugreek seeds and urad dal came out and grinded. Put a little water in the middle of the beach.
Now add chopped tomatoes and grind them for a while. After properly grinding, take it out in a bowl.
Put salt and baking soda/eno in it and mix it. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat a frying pan and pour oil or ghee on it and spread it over the pan. Now put a leather batter in the middle and spread it in a round shape.
Put some oil or ghee on top and let the dosa cook. After cooking on one side, cook it and cook on the other side.
